Active Membership Requirements

To be considered an active member of UF Pre-Dental Society one must:

Attend at least 2 Pre-Dental Society Meetings (GBM's)
Participate in at least 2 service events
Participate in at least 2 social events
Participate in at least 2 fundraising events
Participate in at least 2 philanthropy event
Pay member dues

Membership With Distinction Requirements

To be considered a member with distinction of UF Pre-Dental Society one must:

Membership Dues

For Fall 2026, all members pay $15. Dues increase to $20 after our second GBM of each semester. This covers costs for socials, service activities, and more.

Leadership Positions

Executive Board

At the end of each year, we hold elections for a year-long position on our Executive Board. Positions are as follows:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Historian
Service (Internal)
Service (External)
Philanthropy
Social
Fundraising

Requirements and instructions on how to run for an executive board position will be announced at GBM 3.

Delegates

In addition to our elected officers, a number of delegate positions are awarded each semester. Delegate applications are posted at the end of each semester and the position lasts the follow semester. This is a great way to get more involved in PDS and demonstrates interest in future leadership positions.
